CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. It describes the layout and styling of a web page. This program covers all of the fonts, menu bars, layouts, colors and much more when designing a website. In the web world, CSS is a relatively new and is sometimes feared by users for that reason. Furthermore, some go as far as saying that it is quite difficult to use. Like anything, changes can take us some time to adapt to. Both CSS and HTML are, in fact, equally simple and quick to learn and understand. CSS is also very powerful and allows for usage on a variety of devices including printers and larger monitors.
